Michele Cotton

Dr Michele Cotton graduated from the University of Sydney in the 1970s, worked for several years in private practice in Bathurst, NSW, before returning to the university to a position as clinical pathology instructor for two years. Thence to University of Washington and immunology, then Saudi Arabia where she worked in sole private small animal practice and zoo work for the Municipality of Riyadh. After 2000 she returned to Sydney, appointed as Director of the Post Graduate Foundation in Veterinary Science in the University of Sydney, completed a Masters in Veterinary Public Health Management and finally worked for three years through AusAid in Jordan as an adviser to the Aqaba Special through the University of Edinburgh and is based in Sydney but tries to return to Jordan at least twice yearly to continue supporting Conservation in Wadi Rum.
